I’m Cathy Folk-Williams, and I want to thank you for coming by the Wild Rubies blog.
Throughout my life as an artist I have been fascinated by the interweaving of color and pattern. I have always loved Japanese prints, Persian and Indian miniature painting and a multitude of beautiful fabrics. I hope these fun and fanciful prints bring you some of the joy I get from creating them.
The prints shown here are from original watercolors, the medium I have always favored. I’ve been featured in Southwest Art and have had numerous shows of my paintings, many at the Ernesto Mayans Gallery in Santa Fe.
